Due to the bespoke and handmade nature of our creations, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxnurofficial@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution.

For bespoke or personalised commissions, all sales are final once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery information is correct at the time of purchase.
